Lithia Springs Resort Infrastructure

Lithia Springs Resort, Ashland, Oregon  Design Team Leadership, Planning Entitlements including Flood Plain Studies and CM/GC to construct:

• Two Parking lot expansions of 10 and 25 spaces.
• Water Treatment improvement and two capacity expansions: 2- 800 gallon plastic tanks and one 2,000 Gal.Concrete tank.
• Significant utility relocation to accommodate new pool facility
• Installation of two - 2,000 gallon Irrigation tanks and installation of groundwater collection system for supply.
• Installation of 1100 LF of water supply lines from a remote well location.
